Install

  1. Close Motor Town.
  2. Put both files into the game's Paks folder:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Motor Town\MotorTown\Content\Paks
    Other Steam library? In Steam: Motor Town → Manage → Browse local files, then open MotorTown\Content\Paks.
  3. Start the game. The main menu asks about unofficial pak files: Accept, then restart the game.
  4. Join Nordschleife 01 from the server list.

Updates

Updates are manual

The map does not update itself. When I update it, the server runs the new version right away, and players with the old files can no longer join.

Can't join anymore? Come back here, download both files again and replace the old ones. Compare the map version above with the one you have.

After a Motor Town game update, also check back here: the lap timer file may need a new version too.

To uninstall, delete both files from the Paks folder.

The track was made by Kunos Simulazioni for Assetto Corsa. The road, terrain, buildings, trees and textures are their work. Not mine, and not the Motor Town developers'. I only ported it.

This is a free, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kunos Simulazioni, the Nürburgring or the developers of Motor Town. All rights to the track belong to their owners. It will never cost money. If someone asks you to pay for it, don't.

Rights holders: if you want this taken down, ask and it comes down.
